Celebrate French cheese and grape at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah’s Alpfest
BiCE Ristorante will offer a special seven-course gala dinner this Thursday
Prepare for a very cheesy night at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah tomorrow night (Thursday October 24), and we mean that in the best way possible.
As part of the resorts Alpfest 2019, Italian restaurant BiCE Ristorante is bringing in celebrity chefs and renowned French cheesemakers for a special seven-course gala dinner. Prepare for some cheesy goodness.
Taking place from 8pm onwards tonight, foodies can tuck into a selection of cheese served throughout the night, done by celebrated French cheese maker and winner of the ‘Best Cheese Craftsman’ in France, Bernard Mure-Ravaud.
That’s not all, as Gilles Perrier will introduce French grape all paired with the special Savoy region courses.
As for what’s on the menu designed by guest Chef Franck Miglierini of the Evian Resort, diners can expect French specialties including Le Canard, salmon trout marinated in herbs, Le Veau, which is a cube of veal chop served with caramelised carrot, parsnips, porcini mushrooms.
To finish on a sweet note, pastry chefs Philippe and Kristine Mouree have created the Coeur De Savoie, with walnut biscuit, blueberries confit and white cheese.
Oh, and plenty more cheese.
