Hilton Dubai Jumeirah’s French dining venue, BiCE Ristorante will be hosting the fifth edition of Alpfest, this year.
The restaurant will feature a seven course gala dinner designed by guest chef, Franck Miglierini of the Evian Resort. Miglierini will be serving a selection of cheese along with French wines from the Savoy region with the courses.
Guests will be served dishes such as Le Canard, La Truite – salmon trout marinated in herbs, Le Veau – cube of veal chop served with caramelised carrot, parsnips, porcini mushrooms. Desserts will be curated by pastry chefs Philippe and Kristine Mouree, who will serve Coeur De Savoie with walnut biscuit, blueberries confit and white cheese.
The gala dinner will be held on 24 October 2019 from 8pm onwards.
